Role Title: Supply Chain Specialist/Demand Planner

This role has never existed in P&G structure before, so you will have a huge impact on the shaping of your own responsibilities.

With us you will:

  • Analyze customer behaviors and trends to make suggestions for our sales and planning team with regards to the real vs forecasted customer demand
  • Plan and execute new products launches for the specific customers from supply chain perspective
  • Identify and mitigate potential issues (i.e. production capacity, product availability) that might impact the timely delivery of the product to the customers
  • Analyze the gaps linked to communication or demand forecast
  • Drive improvement in work processes and KPIs

Apply if you have:

  • Previous, proven experience in Supply Chain / Logistics (in supply / demand planning or a customer facing role)
  • Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak
  • Ability to forecast, analyze big sets of data and draw conclusions from it
  • Intermediate excel experience (at least at the level of pivot tables)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
